On April 22, 2026, a forum titled “Professional Transformation of Graduates and Adaptation to the Labor Market in the Era of Artificial Intelligence” was held at M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan University. Within the forum, participants extensively discussed the new requirements of the labor market in the context of the development of artificial intelligence, issues of graduates’ professional adaptation, as well as employment mechanisms and digital transformation. The participants exchanged experience and considered ways to strengthen cooperation between educational institutions and employers. The event brought together approximately 30 organizations, including government agencies, educational institutions, employers, and social partners.
