On April 17, 2025, a round table discussion was held with the participation of Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. During the event, current requirements for personnel in the energy and oil and gas sectors were discussed, as well as issues related to the training of future specialists. As a result of the meeting, quotas for students to undertake industrial internships were considered, and the company expressed its interest in employing graduates of higher education institutions. This cooperation is aimed at strengthening human resource capacity.
