A round table was held with the participation of employers and representatives of the Alumni Association

On February 10, 2026, a round table entitled “Professional Partnership in the Field of Culture and Arts” was held at the Faculty of Culture and Arts with the participation of employers and representatives of the Alumni Association. The purpose of the event was to strengthen professional cooperation between educational institutions, employers, and graduates; to align the content of academic programs with labor market requirements; and to enhance the employment opportunities of young specialists.The round table brought together heads of regional educational, cultural, and arts institutions, industry professionals, and faculty graduates. Participants discussed issues related to the quality of specialist training, the organization of students’ pedagogical and professional internships, and the employment of young professionals. In addition, the formation of a catalog of elective courses and the updating of its content within academic programs were considered. Employers put forward specific proposals for introducing new courses aimed at developing competencies in demand in the labor market and expressed their support for this initiative. In their presentations, the speakers addressed the interconnection between pedagogical training and labor market requirements, the development of professional partnerships in the fields of culture and theater, the organization of practical training in music and art schools, and professional adaptation within creative organizations. Representatives of the Alumni Association emphasized the importance of the knowledge acquired during their studies in practical work and shared proposals for improving the content of academic programs. As a result of the meeting, joint decisions were made to strengthen practice-oriented education, organize collaborative projects and internships, and modernize the content of elective courses in accordance with contemporary requirements. At the conclusion of the event, the participants outlined promising areas for further cooperation and expressed their readiness to develop effective partnerships between the educational institution, employers, and the Alumni Association.
